Certificates are issued immediately after successful completion of the examination

Yes the ServSafe is certification is Nationwide recognized

Courses can be divided into separate days; however, we recommend course and exam be taken in the same day

Manager Certificate is good for 5 years and Allergens certificate is good for 3 years

Yes every employee is required by law to have a food handler certificate

Yes at least one Manager Sanitation certificate holder must be present at all times on every shift

The test consists of 90 questions. Average completed time for testing ranges from 45min to 1 hour.

Courses are eight hours long excluding the number of breaks taken in between.

You may retake the exam; a retesting fee may be applied. There is a minimum of 3 attempts

Yes you may reschedule at no charge; however if we are traveling to your facility, we do require a two hour notice. There is a $45 reschedule fee if a two hour notice is not provided.
