Return and refund policy

“Elite Food Safety and Sanitation “ is committed to your satisfaction. If you have purchased digital/hard goods from  Elite Food Safety and Sanitation and are unhappy with the product received, you may be eligible for a refund/partial refund if requested within 7 days of the original purchase date.


Refunds of Hard Goods:

To be eligible for return and refund, the following steps must be taken:

  1. Refund must be requested in writing by contacting info@sanitationelite.com
  2. Request of refund must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date
  3. The refund can be requested before the course materials are assigned as digital materials can not be returned, as determined in Elite Food Safety and Sanitation sole, reasonable discretion.
Non-returnable Items:
The following items are non-returnable as stated at the time of purchase on sanitationelite.com
  • Course materials
  • Cartificate
